Will my conversations be confidential?

Rue takes the call but doesn’t take case details on first contact — that's the default. Transcripts are stored encrypted on your account; not shared, not used to train models. Disclosure of AI happens upfront so privilege expectations are clear.

Can Rue do a conflict check?

Yes. Upload or sync your conflict list. Rue checks during the call and either books the consultation or politely declines and refers the caller to the local bar’s referral service.

What does it integrate with?

Clio, HoneyBook, and Practice Better natively on Pro tier. Calendly, Google Calendar, and Outlook for scheduling on every tier. Custom integrations via webhook on Pro.

Will Rue accidentally give legal advice?

No. The system prompt explicitly forbids any advice. If asked, Rue says "I'm not the attorney — Sarah will go through that on the call." Tested.

Can I disable call recording?

Yes, per-call or per-client. Default is record + transcribe. Toggleable on every tier.
