Can Rue take a reservation in Spanish?

Yes. Rue handles multiple languages on Pro tier. Default is English; we'll add more by demand.

What if the kitchen is closed and someone calls for an order?

Rue tells them politely, gives the hours, and offers to take a reservation for the next service.

Does it work with my POS?

Native: Toast, Square for Restaurants. Via Zapier: most others. Custom integrations on Pro.

Can Rue handle allergies and modifiers correctly?

Yes. Rue reads them back to the caller before hanging up. Allergy notes are flagged on the kitchen ticket so they don't get lost.

What about phone-in orders that need a credit card?

On Team and Pro, Rue can send a Stripe payment link via SMS mid-call. Customer pays before pickup; the ticket fires only after payment.
