The basics on setup, calls, plans, and your data. Can’t find it? Email support@callmyagent.ai.
An AI agent for your business phone line. It answers calls when you can’t — screens, books, takes a message — and it also makes calls for you on your okay: sitting on hold, confirming a booking, calling a customer back. It says it’s AI at the start of every call.
Three steps. Tell it about your business once (hours, services, how you want calls handled). Hear it handle a call before you go live, and correct anything until it’s right. Then one tap forwards your line — and one tap turns it back off.
No. You keep your number. Forwarding sends calls to your agent when you want it on, and routes them back to your phone when you turn it off.
30 free trial minutes, no credit card required to start. You can hear the agent work on your own line before you commit.
It answers, screens out spam and robocalls, handles routine questions, and books or takes a message. Anything urgent or personal comes straight to you, with the context attached. You see a transcript of every call.
Yes — that’s the part most answering services can’t do. On your okay, it places calls for you: sitting on hold with a supplier or airline, confirming a reservation, or telling a customer you’re running late. It never commits you to anything without your approval.
Yes. The agent says it’s AI at the start of every call, and again if a caller asks. That disclosure is a floor — it can’t be switched off.
When it isn’t sure, it doesn’t guess — it takes a message or rings you through. And because you see every word, you can fix a line in one sentence and the correction carries forward to the next call.
Solo ($29/mo, 100 minutes), Team ($79/mo, 500 minutes), and Pro ($299/mo, 4,000 minutes). Monthly only at launch; annual is coming. See the Pricing page for the full comparison.
Only inbound or outbound time while your agent is live on a call. We bill in 6-second increments, so an 18-second call is 0.3 minutes, not 1. Ringing, voicemail, and hold music you never connect to don’t count.
Overage is billed per minute at the going rate ($0.30/min at launch), and you get email warnings at 80% and 100% of your plan so nothing surprises you.
Switch anytime — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next cycle, both prorated. Cancel in one tap in Settings; your plan runs through the period you’ve paid for, then stops.
Two separate things. Transcription is automatic — every word, yours to read live or after. Audio recording (the actual mp3) is off by default and is a per-line opt-in; turn it on and the opening adds a recording notice alongside the AI disclosure.
Transcripts are retained on a window set by your plan, adjustable in settings. The full retention, security, and processor details live on the Trust page.
Email privacy@callmyagent.ai (or use the data-request form) and we delete your data across our systems and processors. The deletion SLA is in the Privacy Policy.
Calendar and SMS confirmations on every plan. CRM sync on Team and up; vertical tools on Pro. The exact integration list is finalizing for launch — check the Pricing page for what each tier includes.
From Settings → Integrations once you’re signed in. Connect the tool your plan includes, and the agent will push call notes, bookings, and contacts to the right place. Integrations are rolling out for launch — the connect screen shows which are live on your plan.
