Do you record calls?

Two different things, both handled. Transcription is automatic — every word as it’s said, yours to read live or after. Audio recording (the actual mp3) is a per-line opt-in: flip it on and the opening adds "…and this call is being recorded." Either way, callers hear it up front, alongside the AI disclosure. Laws vary state to state — we don’t guess, so every caller hears the same announcement.

How is this different from other answering services?
