Inbound or outbound time while Rue is active on a call. We bill in 6-second increments — an 18-second call is 0.3 minutes, not 1.
Overage is billed per minute at the going rate ($0.30/min at launch). You'll get email warnings at 80% and 100% of your plan used so nothing surprises you.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Both are prorated.
