Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your account Settings under “Manage billing”). No email required, no phone call, no “are you sure” friction.
What happens when you cancel. Your subscription continues through the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then. We don’t charge for the next period. Unused time inside a paid period is not refunded — but you also won’t be charged again.
Trial cancellation. You don’t have to cancel a Trial — there’s no card on file. When your trial minutes are used up or your trial window expires, the trial just ends. You can sign up for a paid plan whenever you want.
Reinstating after cancellation. If you cancel and change your mind within 30 days, you can reactivate via the Stripe Customer Portal with no data loss. After 30 days, your account data is deleted per our Privacy Policy, and reinstatement starts fresh.
Account deletion is different from cancellation. Cancellation stops billing. Deletion removes your data. To delete, click “Delete account” in Settings; your data is purged across our systems and our processors within 30 days.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, the time you’ve already paid for keeps running until period end; we don’t refund the unused portion. We also don’t refund overage charges, past months, or disputes about specific calls.

What’s not covered:
Service outage credits. For sustained outages of more than 4 hours in a calendar month, we credit your next invoice. One day of service per hour of outage, capped at one full month of credit. We post outages on our status page. Credits are available on request — email support@callmyagent.ai for a qualifying outage and we’ll apply it. (Credit on the next invoice, not a cash refund.)
Annual plans. We may add annual billing in the future. If we do, the cancellation rule above still holds: you keep access through the period you’ve paid for, then it stops.
If something seems wrong with your bill, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most disputes are resolvable in a few days.
If you chargeback first without contacting us, we’ll suspend your account pending investigation. If the chargeback is reversed in our favor, your account is restored.
Repeated or unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in account termination, consistent with Stripe’s chargeback policies.
